A sincere greeting, a glass that speaks of the land and the warmth of Sicily.
The journey begins with a guided tour of the winery, following the stages of the production process up to the barrel cellar, where the wine rests and slowly ages.
We continue through the vineyards, to discover where everything begins: the land, the grapes, and the climate that accompany each of our harvests.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of four wines, accompanied by small, typical Sicilian pairings, designed to express our land through its flavors.
Assabinirica is more than a greeting: it’s an invitation to feel at home, even if just for a sip.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the experience. If the indicated deadlines cannot be met, a penalty equal to the total fee will be charged to offset preparation and management costs.
