Naturalistic-experiential excursion through the remains of the ancient Noto, destroyed by the earthquake of 1693, in what was the administrative center of the Val di Noto. Retracing the streets of the ancient city, among the remains of the ancient castle, monasteries and churches, then the findings of the Jewish necropolis. Through a path you descend down into the valley where the river Asinaro flows, to reach Cava Carosello, to discover the remains of ancient rock tanneries and water mills. You can reach a karst muffler, a beautiful and panoramic hanging lake, called “Uruvu Tunnu”.
