Our guests, equipped with everything needed, will try to prepare with their own hands arancini, a typical Sicilian street food delicacy. They will be given brief notes on the history and introduction of arancino in Sicily. Our chef will demonstrate to them all the preparation of the ingredients that make up the dish by cooking the arancini in front of them. Subsequently, it will be up to our guests to make the arancini, naturally always guided by our chef! The made arancini can be tasted during a tasting of our wines, included in the program.
