You will be welcomed with an aperitif, which will be served on the “tondo del belvedere” surrounded by a rose garden of 300 ancient rose plants, from which you can enjoy the view of Etna and the sea.

Narration is provided with a guided tour of the winery and the historic cellar of the company.

You will collect seasonal vegetables from the Mediterranean garden and from the garden of herbs, the trunzo di Aci (slow food presidium).
You will collect lemons, pomegranates, aromatic herbs that will be used in the kitchen.

The cooking class will take place inside the “enchanted forest”, where a qualified chef will explain the tricks and recipes of typical Sicilian cuisine that will be prepared and cooked directly by you and then consumed and enjoyed.
