Discover the secrets of true Sicilian cuisine with the Sicilian Cooking Class with a visit to the Taormina market. Together with the chef, you will visit the local market to choose the best fresh fish and seasonal products, learning to recognize quality raw materials.
Once back at the restaurant, a complete culinary experience will begin: you will prepare typical traditional dishes such as meat, fish, fresh pasta and classic Sicilian macaroni.
An authentic journey, full of flavors and fun, which will end with a lunch based on the specialties cooked by you.
