Our guests, equipped with all the necessary utensils, will try their hand at making arancini, a typical Sicilian street food. They will be given a brief overview of the history and introduction of the arancini to Sicily.

Our chef will demonstrate the entire process of preparing the ingredients, cooking them right in front of them. Then, it will be up to our guests to make the arancini, guided by our chef! The arancini they’ve made can be enjoyed accompanied by a glass of our Etna DOC wine.
