Thanks to the collaboration of some Madonite cooks, we offer an experience that allows you to get to know the Madonite territory through taste: the cooking workshops are designed to immerse the visitor in the most famous recipes of the Madonita and Sicilian tradition.
You can choose between simple or more elaborate preparations, always respecting the seasonality and the gastronomic tradition of the territory, in a path that goes from the choice of ingredients to mise en place.
