The A Tavola experience begins with a welcome at the estate, immersed in the natural landscape surrounding the lake and vineyards. An initial moment dedicated to listening and observing, slowly immersing oneself in the rhythm of the place.
Lunch unfolds as a guided tasting experience, consisting of several courses inspired by seasonality and local tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility. Each dish is made from select ingredients, many of which come from the estate or local producers, and expresses a profound connection to the land.
During lunch, a selection of wines accompanies each course, chosen to enhance the flavors and create a harmonious dialogue between cuisine and glass. The wines are presented and explained, offering guests the opportunity to learn about the production philosophy, the terroir, and the characteristics of each label.
