An authentic experience to discover olive growing, the real one, is emotionally involved in daily life, at the origins of a historical and respectful cultivation of nature. A knowledge that has now become the heritage of travelers.
A guided tour with a walk through the organic olive groves, explanation of organic cultivation techniques by expert agronomists, visit to the oil mill, visit to the cellar, bottling room and final bread and oil tasting at the Academy “Sicilian oil school ” with the addition of a small guided olive oil tasting course by professional tasters.
