Buy now »
This truly original cooking class experience involves the preparation of an Easter recipe (even if required all year round), typical of Favara (AG), not surprisingly known by many as “the city of the Easter Lamb.”
This delicacy is prepared with a mixture of almonds (royal dough) and is filled with pistachio. An ancient recipe based on two typical ingredients of our territory which, even today, is handed down from mother to daughter, making this specialty incomparable, both in its aesthetic appeal and in its goodness.
PREPARING THE EASTER LAMB – After tasting our welcome drink, get to work and prepare the almond and pistachio mixture. Once ready, create the shape of a lamb of about 500 grams with the dough and decorate it with your hands. You can package and decorate it as you like or, if you prefer, savor it immediately.
