Among the avenues that lead to the organically grown olive grove, vineyard and citrus grove for a pleasant nature walk.

The first stop will be in the aroma garden to have fun with a sensory game to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean.

Together we will prepare a small aromatic bouquet that you will take with you.

We will visit the animal area together to get to know the curiosities and habits of Pantelleria donkeys, dwarf horses, Girgentana goats, docile bunnies and cute geese, ducks and chickens.

It will be exciting to milk the goat, feed the animals.

We move onto the vast meadow of the farm to meet the docile donkey Augusta: next to her we will walk slowly to admire centuries-old olive trees, flowering arches, rare plants.

The braying of the other donkeys will tell us that it’s time to take Augusta back to the paddock.

A platter with three Sicilian specialties awaits you.

All enriched by the tasting of a wine that evokes all the warmth of the Mediterranean.
