Annalisa Pompeo, a well-known Sicilian food and wine blogger, made herself available for this new venture, who is ready to coordinate the groups of enthusiasts who will take action to rediscover the ancient cuisine of Favara passing from house to house.
Annalisa is a chef and she takes care of Sicilian cooking courses and food and wine tours in the beautiful area where she lives, the Agrigento area.
