Farm Cultural Park is a contemporary art museum that has given great prestige to the small medieval village of Favara and which has now decided to undertake the challenge of communicating local food and wine traditions in a modern way.

Annalisa Pompeo, a well-known Sicilian food and wine blogger, made herself available for this new venture, who is ready to coordinate the groups of enthusiasts who will take action to rediscover the ancient cuisine of Favara passing from house to house.

Annalisa is a chef and she takes care of Sicilian cooking courses and food and wine tours in the beautiful area where she lives, the Agrigento area.

Join her to meet local people, taste Sicilian specialties and cook typical local dishes, living an authentic experience that you will always remember.

Are you looking forward to being part of this special troupe? Do not miss the next adventure where Annalisa intends to discover with you the secret recipe for Easter lamb, a typical sweet from Favara.
