The experience begins with a welcome aperitif by the sea, based on bruschetta, local cheeses, wine and fresh drinks.

We will cook together in the historic room of the villa, with a direct view of the sea, preparing fresh pasta with ancient Sicilian grain flour and the famous Norma sauce. During the activity I will tell fascinating anecdotes about the villa and the coast of Ognina.

Weather permitting, we will enjoy lunch or dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea.

We will conclude with typical desserts such as cannoli and wine biscuits, accompanied by a glass of sweet Marsala.
