Piazza Scammacca is located inside a former church from the 17th century, a place that was returned to the city thanks to the resourcefulness of a group of young entrepreneurs from Catania who transformed the space into the first metropolitan market in Catania.
The tour includes a guided tour of the building, accompanied by a guide from the Piazza Scammacca team, 4 tastings of the 4 different restaurant formats, and a stop in the cellar with a glass of wine included.
