Guided tour at the Val Paradiso company with a walk through the organic olive groves, explanation of organic cultivation techniques by our agronomists, visit to the oil mill, visit to the cellar, bottling room and in addition a small guided tasting course of the oils at care of our tasters.

Sicilian food festival – Street Food served as a buffet at the Val Paradiso Academy “permanent school of Sicilian oil”.

The buffet includes: assorted bruschetta, olives and olive pate, bread and panelle, arancine, pizza by the slice, sfincione, Sicilian cheeses and salami, a first course of cold pasta, a second cold typical of Sicilian cuisine, eggplant parmigiana or caponata, and other seasonal specialties.
