You will listen to the stories of the history and the family passion, you will know the places of production, from milling to modern bottling with different focuses on how a quality oil is produced and “preserved”.
The technical tasting of the 4 extra-virgins will introduce you to the comparison of varieties, fruitiness and typicality and strengths and weaknesses in extra-virgins and how to recognize them.
A true journey into the world of oil tasting, through the Sicilian territory.
Lunch will follow, to discover Sicilian flavors with selected local ingredients and an excellent glass of wine, like in Grandma’s tasty and abundant lunches during the olive harvest.

Cancellation policy: up to 6 days before the event the 30% deposit is refundable
