In the magic of the autumn atmosphere among centuries-old olive groves and quiet landscapes to discover together this tradition strongly linked to our territory: the manual harvesting of olives.

After a brief introduction to the curiosities of the olive tree and the benefits of extra virgin olive oil, you will be actively involved in laying the nets under the trees and harvesting the olives.

Caressing the bark, discovering the age of the trees, defoliating the olives, knowing and smelling the pomace and paste of the olives just produced in our small oil mill are the most significant moments of this sensorial journey which culminates in the tasting of the very first fruit: the extra virgin olive oil.

We will complete the experience with a guided tour of the cellar and a platter with five Sicilian gastronomic specialties, all enriched by the tasting of two wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean.
