Last booking: 30 days. before the requested date
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee all services. The final payment of the price is due 30 days before the activity.
Payment by bank transfer or cash
In case of adverse maritime weather conditions, notified by the Port Captain or the Skipper, the day of the activity will be changed or 90% of the cost of the activity refunded
The schedule of the business may change in case of force majeure in order to provide customers with the right service. The change of the program will be adopted in case of safety problems and/or adverse marine weather conditions;
When the customer decides not to participate in the activity although the Skipper has declared that the marine weather conditions are safe, no refund will be made
Cancellation Policy:
30 or more days before the activity: no penalty will be applied;
Between 29 and 20 days before the activity: 50% penalty;
Between 19 and NO SHOW: 100% penalty
