You will be welcomed along the avenues that lead to organic vineyards, olive groves and citrus groves for an engaging nature walk.

The first stop will be in the garden of aromas to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean, you will also visit the small wheat field (in production from April to June) to talk about ears, flours, cereals.

You will cross the citrus grove and the olive grove to mention some curiosities about citrus jams and extra virgin olive oil; the walk will take you to the “Federico II” vineyard to learn the secrets of the winemakers.

Now the cellar awaits you to discover the winemaking process and live a unique and engaging experience.

You will move to the farm premises to have the gastronomic experience of pizza.

Between the secrets of leavening and the notes of typical Sicilian music you will be involved in the processing and creation of pizza. On the veranda overlooking the vast lawn we will delight the palate with freshly baked pizza and the tasting of a versatile, fresh and tasty white wine typical of the hilly area and a characterful red with a fruity bouquet.

Enjoying freshly baked pizza and learning about the products and wines of the organic farm will make this countryside experience memorable.
