Naturalistic-experiential excursion through the remains of ancient Noto, destroyed by the 1693 earthquake, there where it was the administrative center of the Val di Noto. Retracing the streets of the ancient city, among the remains of the ancient castle, convents-monasteries, and churches, then the findings of the Jewish necropolis. Through a path, you go down into the valley where the Asinaro River flows, to reach Cava Carosello, to discover the remains of ancient rock tanneries and watermills. You reach a karst muffler, nothing more than a beautiful and panoramic hanging lake, called “Uruvu Tunnu”.
