In the Parc of the Madonie, there is a Center for Regenerative Practices where you can rediscover the link between nature and well-being in contact with it. In the center, visitors can experience immersion in a rural mountain environment, surrounded by officinal and aromatic plants, olive trees, fruit trees, and native and endemic species.

The visitors will be able to recognize the plants and trees with medicinal properties, both present in the garden and through short excursions along the nearby paths, get in touch with them, discover together with young experts their properties, their uses today, and the use that our ancestors made of them, create with them simple home remedies to bring at home, having lunch together outdoors with homemade dishes, carefully cooked with local ingredients and aromatic herbs.
