These are stories built according to a highly professional experience design discipline, where the keywords are professionalism, method, creativity, empathy, and passion.
Today we would like to introduce you to Mariagrazia and Roberta, who will make you live a unique story in contact with nature and traditional Sicilian cuisine.
Mariagrazia is an expert in agrifood productions and together with her friend Roberta, a passionate cook in Sicilian food and wine and sommelier, she decided to give life to the master in Monsù’s Kitchen where guests will learn how to choose food products, how to cook them and, even, to prepare the table according to the holiday menus.
It will be a way to discover the traditional cuisine of the Monsù, the cooks of the aristocratic families of the 1800s, contaminated with the truest soul of Sicily.
Mariagrazia will teach you to evaluate the very high quality of local products and to find together the necessary ingredients for a perfect Monsù recipe. You will learn how to cook a seasonal dish and set the table according to the Monsù style. You will thus be completely immersed in the Sicilian lifestyle.
During the Master, bring your enthusiasm and curiosity and Mariagrazia will give you the apprentice badge!
