Scicli, the baroque city of eastern Sicily, is a UNESCO heritage site and home to the TV series “Il Commissario Montalbano”.
The beach of Sampieri, both free and equipped, is 6 km away, the city center of Scicli is 7 km away, Ragusa is 18 km away, Modica is 11 km away and Noto is 34 km away, while Comiso airport, the largest nearby, is 28 km from the property. Natural and artistic beauties, many culinary delights such as cannoli, arancini and Modica chocolate, all concentrated in a few km.
Casa Farlisa is located 250 meters from the main road in Contrada Farlì, formerly called Ronna Lisa. It is a unique and peaceful place, admired for its rural and unspoiled beauty: olive, carob and almond trees, wild plants and then sheep, cows, and horses.
Note also that in the structure there are pets, dogs, and cats.
The surrounding area is ideal for horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking, motocross, swimming and sailing, kite surfing and windsurfing, and also diving in a protected marine area. It is also possible to play tennis or golf nearby.
The farm consists of a single block on two levels, with three independent rooms, all overlooking the fascinating Arab garden, and the ancient restored baglio.
The rooms of the villa are colourful, elegant, very welcoming and cared for in every detail. They have been created to revive, in a contemporary key, the unique atmosphere of the ancient country houses of south-eastern Sicily.
The 5 bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible, with 4 King and 2 single beds for a total of 10 beds, are comfortable and spacious.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and the first double bedroom with bathroom.
From the courtyard or from the shaded veranda, you enter an open space on two levels, with a living corner overlooking the beam. In this small loft, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a double bedroom on the upper floor.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a terrace, which leads to two double bedrooms. The most panoramic, overlooking the countryside and the sea, with a bathroom, which overlooks the Arab garden.
At your disposal a second terrace, from which you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside, exciting sunsets and glimpses of the sea.
The structure is open from April to October.
