Join at Annalisa and live an authentic and immersive experience in the heart of Catania. She will guide you through the farmer’s market to show you colorful stalls filled with freshly picked vegetables and delicious fruit.

She will teach you teach you to choose and recognize the best products that you will put in your shopping bags and then all together in the kitchen to prepare a typical lunch made in Sicily.

She will take you to a delightful location, prepared especially for you, and once we put on our aprons, you will get there to work to prepare, from scratch, yours lunch together. A perfect way to experience a cooking class in perfect Sicily Style!

She will talk about traditions, Nonna’s recipes, history and even gossip from the past!

If you are a curious person, if you love to experience the pleasure of cooking, and if you love authentic food, then, this is YOUR EXPERIENCE!

– hours 09.00 a.m. MEETING at the Coldiretti Farmers Market in Via Crispi, to pick all the veggies we need.

– hours 10.00 a.m. Walking to the place of the cooking class.

– hours 10.15 a.m. Hands-ON Cooking class to prepare 3 typical recipes and fresh handmade pasta:
