Among the fertile hills of Frederick II of Swabia, Finella and Vincenzo cultivate emotions and await you to share the rhythms, scents and flavors of the Sicilian countryside.

The visit begins with a pleasant walk between the rows of the Federico II vineyard: here the fertility of the red and sandy soils, the good exposure of the vineyards, the gently hilly altitude already tell us about the quality of the wines we are going to taste.

The visit to the cellar is intended to be a walk between the charm of technology and the warmth of wood; we head towards the area dedicated to winemaking, passing through the bottling area, we reach the red wine aging room between barrels and barriques.

We will complete the visit to the cellar with a stop in the Baglio to admire the ancient rural tools up close.

Don’t miss a visit to the small aroma garden, a quiet and relaxing place where you can explore the different aromatic plants of the Mediterranean. Here a small fragrant bouquet awaits you!

On the veranda overlooking the garden or in the tasting room of the cellar we will set up the table for the tasting of three wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean. We will prepare for you a tasty platter with five Sicilian gastronomic specialties.
